Location

Denham Springs is located in Livingston Parish, one of the fastest growing parishes in Louisiana.  Denham Springs is part of the thriving Baton Rouge MSA, and is the state capital’s largest bedroom community.  The city is in the middle of unprecedented growth resulting from the area’s superb quality of life, exceptional housing and outstanding public education.  Current projections indicate the Denham Springs population will double within the next 20 years.

According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s web site, Interstate 12 at Range Avenue has over 85,000 cars a day driving by the Riverside Landing development, and on Range Avenue at I-12, there are approximately 50,000 cars per day.  Due to these heavy traffic counts, the parish’s elected officials are fully supporting the addition of a second interstate interchange leading into the Riverside Landing shopping district, making Riverside Landing a rare development with two interstate interchanges, one on each end of the district.
